Internal Fluke treatment options

Hi

so I'm in the process of stocking up my 1000L reef tank. I've already got

3 Convict tangs
2 Double band surgeon fish
2 fairy wrasse
2 long nose butterfly fish

all are in hypo salinity @1.010, it's been little over a week now. I'm planning to keep them for 30 days and move them to DT.

okay my question: is hypo salinity a treatment for internal flukes, like gill and intestinal ?

It will help for external, but for internal you're going to have to feed them food soaked in meds to expel internal parasites, check out this thread here
