I'm getting to the end of dosing meds in the QT. Do I run carbon to remove any meds left at the end of treatment or just stay the course for the remainder of the 76 day fallow period?

Run carbon to remove meds.

Just a question prazipro and metroplex food should be reef safe? Will it affect my rock flowers? Not sure I could treat all my fish at the same time any other way. Only one fish has shown the stringy white poop.

It is safe if you also use Seachem Focus to bind the medication to the food.

Ok just wanted to make sure if one of the rock flowers got some of the food it would not kill them.

One of my clownfish had white stringy poop yesterday so I ordered Dr G's De-Wormer but it will not arrive until 3/31-4/6. Should I wait or go to the store and purchase Seachem Metroplex with focus. Newbie here and not sure what to do

How long has he had white stringy poop? Most nematodes/cestodes are pretty mild, but other intestinal worms (like Hexamita) can be lethal.

I saw it yesterday for the first time and that was it. I didnt see it today so I was getting worried.

I'd probably start with Metroplex + Focus if you can find it.

When mixing the metroplex into the food how much do i use? The instructions are for mixing into the water. The focus said mix in 5:1 with the medication. I am tring to mix it into frozen cubes. Any help with this would be great.

Dosing in Food
Feed the medicated food mix (recipe below) every day until the infection clears or up to 3 weeks. This medicated food can be refrigerated or frozen between feedings.

1 scoop MetroPlex
1 scoop Focus™
1 tbsp food (preferably pellets or frozen food)
A few drops of water if using a dry food

To enhance palatability use with GarlicGuard™ or Entice™.

After have the fish in the qt on meds for 10 days I ran carbon on the 27th of March. The 31st I notice that the green chromis was not as active as before the meds and during meds. It is staying vertical in the water column just moving with the flow but still breathing and moving fins. Also the yellow tang has stop eating on the 5th of April. Feeding frozen food and nori. It is starting to looking very thin and you can see its lateral line. I put the meds I was using back in the water and also in the food on the 10th just in case it missed something but no improvement. Here are pics of both fish.

The yellow tang does look like he's got HLLE and losing weight and loss of appetite are symptoms of intestinal worms. Did you ever see white stringy poop? Or have you seen it since you stopped the medication?

Not at any time did I see white stringy poop. Is putting the meds back in the water the right direction to go?

At this point, I think I would remove all meds and focus on feeding well and clean water. If you see the white poop, then start metroplex again, but until then... just try to fatten them up.
