I'm kind of excited today! I have a tiny 6-line wrasse going through QT right now that has an internal parasite! It's so small I almost didn't notice. He is so small and eats so little that I'm not going to try and treat internally with metroplex. Instead, I finally have an excuse to break out the API General Cure and will hit the parasite and prophylactically treat for flukes at the same time!

I love this hobby!

Good luck with the little guy!
Thanks!

If he's tiny don't overdose. But you already know that. Keep us posted. [emoji245]
Will do! He is a cute little guy but only around 3/4" long. Makes it really hard to tell if he is eating. I take a single mysis shrimp and cut it up for him in the morning. The LRS in the evenings is much easier. Fortunately, he is through with the copper treatment. When the parasite clears, he will be ready for the DT.

Thanks!

Never really thought of that. Never used cyclops before but if I see him not eating I may give it a try.

Whenever I get a fish that won't eat, I squish a bunch of different types of food together sprinkled with one small drop of garlic and hope he swallows some by accident; and if I listen real hard I'll hear him say, "Hey that tastes pretty good. Can I have seconds?" [emoji39]

I've used a few different methods. This is the first fish I've dealt with that is so small I am not sure he is eating. I "think" he is and he looks healthy and happy so I'm not too worried.
