Backstory, I've had this clown for about 5 to 6yrs. Her man has been with her for about a year. Her jaws are asphyxiated because she constantly mouths my Duncan, frogspawn etc.. overall she eats like a cow and acts normal. The white poo has since detached. Any thoughts?

Any recent change in diet? A long term captive fish isn’t likely to have worm parasites. Spironucleus protozoans are commonly found in most fish’s gut. They sometimes grow in number and cause problems. You can flush them out by feeding food high in fiber...frozen brine shrimp is good for that. I think New Life Spectrum makes a medicated food that helps with that. Finally, it could be bacterial....would require moving to a treatment tank or making medicated food.

I feed them new life spectrum. It may be from all the mouthing or corals? I will monitor and move to QT if she starts acting off.

I looked it up - it’s the New Life Spectrum Hex Shield that controls the internal protozoans....
