The conspicillatus? :0) The conspic/conspicuous angel is also the one I would chose. They are now available for about $5k for captive bred individuals. Very stunning and would make a terrific addition to my reef. My wife would definitely not agree so instead I'll keep pushing for a certain exotic car I have long lusted after. :0)

Not for me Senor !! beautiful they are but I just bought a 660 gallon full ensemble for much less than that.

Some of you reefers are crazy on what you’re willing to spend on one fish. [emoji848]

Although I would never be able to afford this kind of fish or others that are priced similarly I do believe that this is all relative. I mean how many people spend hundreds if not thousands on smaller sized corals and such.

Value is relative. Some people have more, some don't but are willing to spend still. We all have fish for different reasons, but it is all one hobby still, and we all love it (mostly). From an easy to care for display of corals and fish, to hard to keep fish, or coral display. Some go for the challenge, some collect the rarity. Not productive to pass judgement on what some are willing to do that others may not be.

Relax, I was joking around and it’s America and I’m entitled to my opinion.

It would be my luck that it would take out all my corals. What a nice looking fish though! Somebody is going to get a nice fish.

Didn't realize you were just joking. Sorry I misread you, or took it the wrong way. Wasn't overly bothered by what you said, just its a sentiment that you can see around the boards frequently that I feel takes away from just enjoying the hobby with others.

Besides, since it is America that was my opinion which I can express too :P

These don’t really do it for me. Nice but I prefer a lot of other angels over these.
I’d rather have the feminus wrasse but I’m not willing to risk the cash on such a touchy fish. If I could find a well established one I’d probably go for it. Leopard wrasses and tamarins are my favorite.
