Well, I thought things were finally going smooth for my reef. I thought too soon.
My clowns have intestinal parasites (white stringy poop). They are in my display fuge which is connected to my main 150 gallon with all of my other fish. Do I have to remove all of my fish to treat them and keep my tank fallow for the next few months, or can I just treat with metroplex and focus directly into my tank?

Thanks.

Exactly this. Soak both into their food and feed it to them every day for a minimum of 10 days. Some intestinal parasites are quite stubborn and may take longer to get rid of them.

Use one scoop of Metroplex / one scoop of Focus / one tablespoon of food. Mix thoroughly, and allow to sit for a bit. You can use that in your display, and you'll want to use it for 10-14 days, or until no more white strings are observed.

Is there anything else that can be used for this or is metroplex the best?

You can use General Cure but only because it has metroplex in it. I've found that metroplex is easy to come by and works very well in most cases.

X4 - metro and focus in good for 10-14 days! It could be worse! No need to go fallow :)
