Hi my name is michael i been a heavy reefer for the past 7 yrs.. Quick question that i would like to see alot of different peoples pov on.. what do u feel is the best salinity level for your reef? My tank has been est. For 6 yrs now.. i personally like mine at 1.021-1.022 and all my corals and fish seem to open fuller with better color at this level.

So if I have a 36 gallon tank at 1.024 how can I get it to 1.026 without doing a water change
Your salinity is fine.If you really want to increase it without doing a water change, you may do so very slowly.Add a little salt mix(a tablespoon maybe)to a pitcher of top off water.Add this to the tank gradually and then check your reading.Be certain the salt is completely dissolved before adding it to the tank!
