Finally got my Tunze 6105 and controller....Thanks to Cherry Corals, I know these have been on a B/O since they arrived so it took about a month and a half.

Quick question??

Do you soak these in vinigar like everything else before adding them to your tank. They most likely have machine oils or something unwanted in them. Just looking for some tips before putting these beast's in my tank.

I went with Tunze because they are the most reliable, and have the lowest risk of falling off the glass and causing another problem. The power on these magnets is amazing....I cant wait to introduce Tunze to my SPS corals!

Thanks,

I have four 6105s and I never soaked them. No problems.

imo the only think that should be soaked is skimmers to help break it in (but i know not everyone does this)
