Currently have a 65 gallon (Used dry rock and special grade live sand)

Currently housing 2 Ocellaris clownfish and 1 Royal Gramma

Tank is cycled, no visibility algae growth yet. No corals yet ( I do plan to have them).

Thinking of this for the introduction order for fish from :

Diamond Goby
Lawnmower Blenny
Green/Blue Mandarin
Fairy Wrasse (Unsure what species atm)
Banggai Cardinal
Azure Damselfish

I also plan on having snails, a cleaner shrimp, and blue leg hermits

Is this a good order and selection? Do you foresee any compatibility or aggression issues.

(I’m aware of the need for copepods for the Mandarin and am planning on culturing them)

I think that order would be fine, but I would probably skip the damsel. Also, if you are set on keeping a mandarin, I would really recommend seeding your rock work with at least a couple pounds of real live rock. The bottled pods sold in stores don’t really reproduce prolifically at tropical temps (at least IME). Getting some live rock will introduce a few species that will reproduce at tropical temps, and will likely include other microfauna the mandarin will also eat. You can still culture pods if you want, but if you seed your rockwork, so long as you have an adequate amount of rock, it should produce more than enough to sustain a mandarin. And that is to say nothing of the bacterial diversity and stability that live rock will provide.

I wouldn't get the Damsel.
You may also want to consider a firefish or dartfish.
You can keep a shoal of Scissortail or Zebra Dartfish.
I got 2 chalk basslets recently, and I LOVE THEM!
They're so cool! And you can get as many as you want.

BUT
I would not add the Diamond Goby for a while. They need a mature sandbed. Most people add them and they slowly starve.
Spotted Mandarins are also very cool, but your choice.
I would buy some Apocalypse/Apex pods (same thing) or the Ecopod Blend from Algaebarn. But the Apex ones reproduce the fastest and are only slightly smaller than Tigr pods.
You could also get a baby brine shrimp hatchery for the mandarin (or everything really)

Just some ideas :)

Nothing in your list should really be too aggressive with each other. You really only run into that with introducing similar fish that will fight for territory or a random mean wrasse. I'd introduce the mandarin last. Wait until you have a good population of pods. you will know this if you take a flash light to your tank at night, if you see them scattering around like fleas you should be good. If you can find a mandarin that is already eating regular foods that would be best.
