Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Thomas and I’m a small animal veterinarian who lives in the Gainesville, Florida area. I have had freshwater tanks my entire life and have always wanted to enter the saltwater world. I finally took the leap about 2 years ago and, of course, experienced the very daunting learning curve that we are all warned about (despite having an animal medical background!)
My setup is a 150g mixed reef. I absolutely love the hobby and reward that comes along with it. Despite having very little free time, I can always take moments to care for and enjoy the life in my tank. It truly makes me happy. I have very much appreciated all of the knowledge that is available on this forum and believe that it is invaluable to all who enter this hobby.
