Welcome to R2R!!!

hi welcome to the reef going to love it here!!
lots of fun/info/fun/help/fun....

Welcome to R2R and the wonderful folks, information and help.
Patience, it is the big word around here, Reefing is patience to cycle, to watch things grow, to keep your tank balanced.
I recommend to everyone joining to create a tank build thread. Your at a good place, you haven't started your tank yet.
1. You get to see where you have started and how much you have grown in this hobby.
2. We love pictures and to see what your doing with your tank.
3. It’s a great learning tool for all of us to see what works and doesn’t . We learn great stuff from each other.
Lastly the only bad question here is the one not asked...

Hello everyone,
Just thought I’d say a few things about where I’m at in the world of aquaculture. So far, I have a 5 gallon freshwater tank with a few tetras for my sons. I’ve been dreaming of getting a reef tank for at least a decade but I’ve never been in the position to. I was in college, and then we rented a bit, moved to houses we knew we wouldn’t settle into- just never had the stability to invest in a reef tank- until now! So I’m salivating at the prospect of being able to win a setup from reef2reef. Even if I don’t win, I am hoping to join this wonderful community and share my reef tank as it becomes a reality.
