Invasive marine plant! Please help!

This plant overran my 27 gallon once before. I tore it down and had no lights on for 2 months. Now it's back! I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it...

If it's caulerpa, I think really the only thing you can do is keep pulling it out. :/
 
Thanks guys! I have been researching for quite awhile on this little green devil with no results! I have read that blue knukle hermit crabs will eat this specific species. Otherwise there is the peroxide treatment... Have you heard of results from either method?
 
I have used the peroxide dip with good results in the past. I did it on a Zoanthid covered rock that had a bad case of hair algae. And, the truth is, those Zoanthids never looked so good as after that.

If you peroxide-dip the rock, you may kill the beneficial organisms in it.
