I’ve recently had 2 invert deaths in my 20g saltwater tank. Tanks been active for 2 1/2 months with no issues until recently. Ammonia is zero, nitrites are zero and nitrates are about 15. I just lost my camel shrimp and recently my crab. My dwarf blue legged hermit crab is still thriving aswell as a snail so i don’t know what’s going on and if it’s something I’m doing wrong.

Also the shrimp has molted multiple times since I’ve received him, full healthy molts.

I read a article a couple months ago that I cannot find right now. Excess molting could be do to heavy metals in the water. Sometimes high iodine levels.

Are you using reef crystals or tap water?

What is salinity as they do poorly vin hypo-salinity.
Any traces of copper will be a cause as is lack of food source.
