Invert ID; Nessie fry?

Wondering if anyone can ID this little guy. I decided to be a weirdo and start a Copepod breeding bucket; this guy doesn't look like the others.

Maybe a loch ness fry start in saltwater?

That looks like a brine shrimp to me. Ho does it move, does it swim or crawl? Could you get a photo with flash on?
