Invert? Pest? ID please

So I went to do my weekly testing and water change and noticed these little things all over the glass, what am I dealing with and how freaked out should I be? Super crappy photo but to describe them they had a central body with small legs coming off almost like tiny tiny starfish maybe?

I really can’t make out much in the pic, but from the description I would say hydroids.
