Hello this is my first post I recently came into the hobby and have a 20 gallon AIO tank. I currently have a Possum wrasse, a citrus clown goby, and a pair saddleback clownfish and a few LPS corals. Everything went through quarantine and just got added a week ago and doing great! I also have a few snails but was looking to add an invertebrate any suggestions? My tank is full of pods as well.

At a 20 g setup my vote is going to be a Brittle Star or Serpent Star. Cost effective, shouldn't bother your corals, interesting and hardy creatures....Will clean things up effectively under rock detritus wise, and also accept whatever you are feeding the rest of tankmates.
