Hello, I'm wondering if I will be able to have a Brittle Starfish, an Emerald Crab, Tuxedo Urchin, and a shrimp in a 32.2 size tank... or if certain ones will attack the others? which ones are the best?

Sure, although you may need to supplement them with food (seaweed, etc.) if your tank is relatively new and doesn't have a lot of algae for them to graze on. The best shrimp is the one that won't get eaten by certain types of fish.
