Inverts In Un-Cycled Tank

Would it be okay to put a snail or shrimp in an un-cycled tank since the bio-load is so low?

You can. But they need to eat something too. Snails should be added once algae starts to grow. Shrimps are more delicate and should be added later. Things like hermits need to be fed or they will go after each other. Whatever you do, go slow.
I wouldn't add anything while the Ammonia level is still climbing

While nitrogen cycling? I wouldnt. They will most likely die.

I don’t, I just heard somewhere that you could do it, and I wanted to make sure it was true, but I didn’t think so.
