Iodine Dip Gone Wrong?

2 days ago I did an Lugols idodine dip on my zoa frags and they are worse now than they were when I dipped them. I followed instructions to the letter any idea what happened? They won't open now and I'm concerned because all I wanted to do was help them.

Were the frags already going downhill prior to the dip? I've never had anything but positive results with Lugols. Most likely another issue IMO. Have you tested P04 & other params?
