IP address won't let me log onto dashboard

I keep trying to log on to dashboard using my IP address that I have/get from my controller/module. I type in IP address and it brings me to log in page. Ask for username and password which is automatically entered. It then gives me a 404 this page can't be found. I'm puzzled and have not had this problem before. Anyone know what may be the problem or what I could try?

No idea. But like all computers try to turn it off and on again?

Thanks for you guys help. Come to find out I just needed to update firmware. Everything is swell now for the moment
