Finaly, an app that fixes actinic photos that works with the IPAD. Adobe Lightroom is available in the App Store at no charge. Features an array of custom settings.

Best thing I could find so far....

(Please excuse me for the lack of photo terminology as I best explain)

To at a Lightroom/photo novice, using the Lightroom app with your iPad can be difficult at first. Don't expect instant one touch results, and just practice on an a heavy actinic photo. I'll help with a few basics that I think I've got down now.

STEP 1
Here is an origional photo taken on the iPad Air2. 100% actinic 5% whites. This isn't how I would start the photo. I would get my white light to 30%+ which won't bother everything too much to get some pictures. I wanted to show what can be done to a heavy actinic picture.

STEP 2
After the photo has been loaded into Lightroom. Choose edit button. Now pull up the edit option by choosing the shutter symbol at the far left. This opens a drop down menu. These are the groups of editing to choose from. Each group will then have a subgroup of option to choose from going left to right.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I think what we are trying to do is remove most the blue. Not all of the blue, but leave enough to still make the photosynthetics pop. If you want you can go for a full natural look you can get that result too.

Tone Curve mode
This is where I like to start. In mode choose the point blue. Touch and drag the high point on the right down to remove the blue. Find a point where there is a little more red/brown than blue. Now touch and drag the left low point to the right. Don't go up. That will put blue back into the picture. Find a point that pulls some of the remaining blue. Now continue to go down through each setting. You may find yourself going back to adjust as you Adjust new things. Last in tone curve is the parametric setting. You don't need to move the points much but the settings going from right to left are good to move around. Again you may have to go back to blue/red/green. This is what I have after using tone curve.

Basic, and Color/BW
These are great to use too. I move some settings in here a little.

Here you see the green pops but tints the sand slightly. A little dark but you get the idea right?

STEP 3
When your finished and ready to save the picture. Touch the upper right corner icon "move to/save to" symbol I think. There you have the options to send the copy in different ways and save to your camera roll.

Hope this helps in getting that BLUE out of your IPAD pictures. Anyone more trained in Lightroom can further explain and help me out too.
