Are you able to change the settings of the camera on the iPhone 13? Or is that where snapseed comes into play?

You can change some of the settings on the phone, but I just do it in post. I sometimes use the coral view glasses as a filter. But I need to get an actual filter holder. It also might help to use the camera raw settings. There will be more information to work with. That setting can be found under Settings-Camera

I looked into this, for the microscope try using the portrait mode. Was the only thing that worked for me to start getting pics of microscope stuff.
