You sent a box of Zoa frags to New Jersey in January with NO heat pack the temperature of the water was under 60 degrees. You put all the frags in 4 bags. The frags that fell off the frag disks could not be found mixed in with the rubble. Others are dying. Half of what you sent either fell off the frag disks or they are dying. You asked for pictures. I sent pictures of all the disks that are empty and the ones that are dying. I also sent you a picture of all the frags when I received them with a thermometer showing the temperature of the water. (See Below) I have not received a reply. What is going on?

okay first of all. If you need a heat pack you should have notified me ahead of time bc you know your local weather than any one else and I dont live in NJ. and Your statement made it seem like I didnt use a heatpack as requested? if you simply let me know through PM I would have that taken care of

Look at these polyps. They were super healthy and had been in my system for long period of time.

and it doesnt make any sense to me that the ones that fell off can not be found in a thick doubled bags?

If I was trying to avoid my problem then I wouldnt be responding to your Pm at the first place regarding about the pack.
The reason I didnt reply back your pm on time bc I was on a short vacation and soon found out afterward.
That was why I look as I was trying to be silence and took the blame and run away from it WHEN IM NOT...
However, I have contacted you again soon after I got back and explained the situation and yet never heard back from you?

Please keep in mind, im not here to make a quick 105.25 bucks from znp pack that i was selling to you and ruin my rep.

and I dont have to do that. Like I said above, Im willing to work thing out with you. It wasn't my intention to ignored your pms and not responding to the situation and allowed all of these to happened and THEN TRYING TO CORRECT IT after I received a Negative feed back. It was never my intention and I didnt realized it had gotten that far when I was away.


Regarless of it being late or not, I am still here and willing to work it out for both of us.
and I totally understand your frustration from a buyer's stand point and Im not blaming you for what you did is wrong doing. Infact, I would have done the same if I were you..

I am running in Safe Mode at the moment I got a virus and just got lucky that my laptop at least started this morning. I have been tryinging to fix it since Saturday morning. As soon as I get my laptop up and running I will try to work things out with you. I sent you pictures as you requested and received no reply. I had no idea you were going on vacation you could have mentioned that when I told you of the problem and you asked for the pictures. I lost half of the Zoas you sent me. I had two other people ship me Zoa frags from California and both of them put Heat Packs in the box (I did not have to ask for them) one packaged them in individual bags the other glued the frag disks to the bottom of little plastic bins. Two of the frags in plastics bins came off the frag disks and were easy to find and reglue. They all arrived on the same day and there were no problems with theirs. The water temperature was in the low 60's when they arrived but probably were not that cold for a long period of time like yours.
