Hello formers,
I come looking for advice. Myself and my tank has been affected by hurricane Irma, and at this point I have some battery operated aireators keeping what ever may still be alive hanging onto life. I am looking for everyone's thoughts and or advice on what I should do now. I feel as if I have 3 options. 1. Save my money and get out of a hobby I do enjoy but at the same time put money into that could go to other places....like bills....2. I could look at what may survive and try to rebuild what I have started...i am about a yr and a half into my 35 gal tank...or do what I wanted to do some time in the future and take this opertunity and upgrade to a larger tank....I am open to everyone's 2 cents....my initial gut feeling is hopefully my power comes back soon and I can salvage what I can and just start the process of setting up a larger tank and migrate the survivors to the new tank when it's ready....but at the same time I am not a rich man and have 3 young kids so maybe this is the opertunity to just save my $ and get out of the hobby f2fgor the time being...thank you in advance to any response.
