Iron oxide red bug treatment?

Hello guys

I'm currently researching treating my tank for red bugs,as I'm in the UK intercepter isnt available. I can get hold of milbemax cat wormer of which one tablet contains:

milbemycin oxime 16mg
praziquantel 40mg
Iron oxide (E172) 0.288mg
Artificial beef flavour
Excipitents q.s to 132.5mg

Is this safe to use as an in tank treatment?

I really appreciate any help with this

The iron oxide is like GFO and is not a concern. As to the other ingredients, I cannot say.

Thanks randy, excuse my ignorance but what is meant by excipitents? So this should be pretty safe to use then.
