Hello,

These caught my attention from a recent LFS visit. Labelled "Ironman" Blasto. I used an orange lens to filter out as much blue as I could but didn't seem to work as well.
I've never come across these corals before.

What are your thoughts on these?
Are these considered high end?
Any experience keeping these?
You can see many tiny heads growing around the main head.

What's the most you'd pay for a mini colony like this?

I like them but I'm not in love with them. Thinking these will grow on me!
Should I?

I would just buy one head. And let it grow out if your not in a rush. I think they're awesome. I just got one of the black widow blastos. its gorgeous. Blastos have been growing on me lately. One of these would go nicely. Lol. What are they asking? I'd say about 100$/head but im probably a little low.

Edit: just saw all the little.heads around the base... maybe 300$ per frag

It's all in the buyer and seller.

If calikid corals sells one they are around 250-600...with multiple heads and they sell it as a calikid.

Last I was at a reef shop and when they had one it was about $100 a polyp and sold as said name.

The last swap I was at they had high end blasters going for $50-100 a polyp but they were really nice high end ones that were well worth it. Some with multiple polyps for those prices. These are fellow reefers who want to show off their stuff and also help the next reefer while putting some cash in the pocket. They all aren't out to make money. There are the ones that are but those are seen very quickly ;)

If my LFS has one I could probably talk the guy into $50 bucks cause it's a blasto.

So really it's all in the buyer and seller ;)
