Is 100 PAR enough for Zoanthids?

Finally got my Sensys Reef sensor set up on a WinBook, to my surprise my PAR level at my Zoanthids was at 30 PAR, no wonder some new are are not opening.
I am using a Lightimetunnel Black box - https://amzn.to/2zmp7rD
about 6 inches above my Fusion Lagoon 25.

So when I MAX both channels I get a PAR level of 190-200

I need your advice, is that too little light? Too much lights?
If too little what is your advice? Add another Black box light or a 24" T5 strip?

OR are Zoanthids OK at 100-200 PAR?

From my experience I have noticed it depends on the strain of zoa and previous enviromental conditions. Some require more light then others,but if the are extending either wrong spectrum or not enough light. Recently moved intensity of blues from 75% to 82% on HD prime and even with light acclimation Evil Hearts all but closed up. After nearly a month they are opened up 2/3 of the way. I would try 100Par and work up.

Some zoas will be fine in 50 par. Some might like 200 par. 100 par is probably a decent generic target. With LEDs, I find you need to evaluate not just the actual par value but also the amount of light from your white LEDs / channels. A lot of corals do not do well with fixtures when the white channels are ran too high (for instance, on ecotech radions I would advise white channels to be ran at 40% or less)

Thank you, I have set the light to about 110 PAR in the Hotspot and will see what happens.
There are only Zoanthids in this tank.

I find that my zoas have the best coloration and larger polyp size when I give them around 80-100 par with an AI Prime HD. I find that pretty much all zoas and palys will do well in lower par (50-100) rather than higher par (120+).
