Is a bare tank okay? There will be sand, and some fakeplants will that be enough for 2 clownfish a blue legged hermitcrab a clowngoby mabey a clowngoby not sure. But if anyone else also has 20gallon stocking with 2 clowns then im open to hear

Bare is usually no sand but what you describe acceptable. Plan on a few rock to provide hiding and retreat which most everything you listed will require and benefit from
