Hello
I got an anemone in August for my clowns. They love it and it seemed happy a few weeks but now it has moved and is almost hiding. Any thoughts? Does it still look healthy?
I’ll try to load two videos a before hiding and after hiding

Phosphate is 2.5 or .25? Either way it's way too high. What's alkalinity?

Im not even a novice yety first nem is 5 days in the tank thats only 1.5 months old and doing better than any nem my friend who got me into this has ever kept so im not ready to discredit or say the age of tank matter) but the temp jumps out at me. Do you ran that temp intentionally.

Its normal for them to move and hide as they find a place they like. Its also possibe the clowns can be over aggressive for an anemone and "smother" it. If the clowns are the nem isnt settled and the clowns are on top if it all the time may be a good idea to separate them until the nem can settle and grow in.

5 days isn't enough time for an anemone to show if happy or not.

I agree i wasnt trying to imply it was happy just pointing out my experience and a comment from a friend with a lot of experience.

The main point was to encourage a thorough evaluation and conversation. As the general consensous may parrot information that may not be applicable as every tank is different. And success and failure often overlaps general concensus and that evaluation should include less considered activities of the tank.

I’m no expert and I can’t see videos but I know in my tank even 10 hours of pretty intense lighting my LTA is reaching for more at the end of the day,6 hours to me seams short for an Anenome
