lol... I can imagine. Most coding makes me feel off. They were just about to launch a new product and were having to recruit techs from Boston to support it. Kinda crazy!

Yeah, that's pretty common, the Medical IT field has expanded so fast in the last 6 years we're all trying to find warm bodies to fill the ranks.

Just make sure you have some slope on your waste line from the sink to the main waste line. We design around 1/8" per ft slope on our plans. Pex is fine if, as previously stated, it isn't exposed to sun light. We usually only use it for under slab or in your case a crawl space. I know little to nothing about installation (how it all fits together) as I only do the design end of Plumbing and HVAC. LOL I can show you where to run it and what size it needs to be but just don't ask me install it
