Is anyone's EcoSmart live or reeflink working?

ive tried resetting and reinstalling. This is for iPhone. I then got on the mac and EcoSmart live wasn't working on it either. My wifi is working.

No problems here. I just used it last night to adjust my Vectra.
Sometimes the light on the reef link isn't blue so I just unplug it and plug it back in and it's fine.

EDIT: Ooops... looks like the server might be down at the moment. Mine is not connecting right now.

Funny...I walked by my reef link this morning and noticed the indicator lights were multi color(meaning not connected) instead of the solid blue. Haven't done anything to cause it. Figured I'll plug it into my computer later today and see what's going on.
Might need a firmware update?

I've done that before and it worked. This morning it's not turning back blue though.

That's exactly what I did. So I went ahead and whipped out the computer. And EcoSmart live wasn't working on it either.

Yeah looks like the servers might be down. When I went to bed last night the reeflink was blue and now #6 is red and the website doesnt work.

Me too! I tried accessing this morning and nothing, I tried using the app, nothing. So like what's been mentioned the servers must be down.

Good thing I think I've got my lights dialed in. The server is still down it looks like

They are doing a update. Says it on their Web site

I couldn't get either the phone app, EcoSmartlive on the computer or the Reeflink to work. Their site was nonexistent from 5pm on friday the 13th, I sent them a message. Today at 12:22pm everything came back up by itself.
