Is bubble algae + aptasia a lost cause?

My tank has been running for years and it’s infested with bubble algae and aiptasia. I’ve tried berghia but with my wrasses it’s just expensive fish food.

I’m downsizing to a 50g but I will be reusing live rock to avoid a new cycle. Is it ever feasible to eradicate both pests? Lowering phosphate/nitrate only upsets my corals and manual removal is burning me out slowly.
 
You need either a Kleine Butterfly fish or Copperband butterfly for the Aiptasia. Watching them disappear is a wonderful feeling. My A-eaters have made me unconcerned about the glass anemones because if they are still in there they are getting eaten faster than I can find them anymore?

Bubble algae, my Foxfaces removed that problem as well.

No matter how many you have, these fishes will eat the problem away fairly quickly ime.
