I honestly can’t tell when it’s first starting. If it’s Dino I want to shut it down quickly. Any IDs and suggestions please

Reduce white light intensity a little and blow Loose with a turkey baster and see if it all comes off. A little cyano is my guess
Monitor phosphate and nitrate levels to assure they’re not becoming elevated

Thanks. I think the problem is I added some live worms and the got out of control when they hit the water LMAOOOOOO I caught most of them with a net but I saw some escape under a rock where I couldn’t get to them. They are probably decomposing and making my nitrates skyrocket. Should I lift the rock and try to get them or just do a water change and let them finishing?

looks like diatom and a touch of cyano.
aside from that, you're bound to encounter an occasional algae issue or a pest issue. We all get them. Don't shut it down... Battle it!

That's pretty much a normal stage in a relatively new tank. Be careful to not bottom out your nutrients while battling this as there are much worse things that can happen than cyano and diatoms.

I’m not all that concerned with it as my rocks have been white for months. Just glad to have SOMETHING going lol. What should I do if anything

For diatoms nothing. When the silicate levels fall they will go away on their own. For cyano, blow it off with a turkey baster if you have enough flow to get it to your sump/filter socks....change them as needed. Increasing flow to the areas bothered by cyano can help too.
