Is elegance coral dead?

So I have had this elegance coral for a long time now but just changed tanks and it looks awful is it dead?

Some of the skin is also pulling from the skeleton is the coral dead or going to make a Recovery

Mine routinely does this every once in awhile. It is probably just giving itself a "water change".

It also has some parts that have pulled away from the skeleton so
