Is Green Chromis red sore disease contagious ...?

It’s almost certainly uronema. Contagious to certain fish genus like anthias; not sure about clowns.

Yes it certainly can spread to any species of fish, but Anthias and chromis seem to be the most common vectors of it.
When quarantining fish like anthias/chromis I always treat them prophylactically for uronema with malachite green.
Unfortunately, once the open sore starts on a fish its usually too late for that fish and its more so about saving the others/preventing spread.

I’ve also used CP to treat uronema in QT. Not a good track record with fish with developed sores, but quite well with others in batches. No spread to the display.
