Is he a gonner or how can I get him back?

I’ve been having a problem with the Zoa on the middle tip of the rock. Was my favorite. Just 3 heads was on it and looking great. About 2 weeks ago I noticed it sprouted 2-3heads and one of the main heads closed. I assumed during the growth period it was disturbed? Then the next 2 closed. They have all be closed for about 1 week straight now. What happened?

They all look healthy to me. I’d leave them alone. Less is often more in this hobby in my experience.
