Is ICP-Analysis.com still in business??

I have a confirmation of delivery from UPS on Monday Aug 7 at 8:43am. As of today Aug 23 I haven't heard from them...

I waited a few weeks, called (it goes straight to voicemail), emailed and filled out their contact us page on their website twice. No response.

Did I miss something?? Anyone else having this challenge??

I've used them in the past and they have been great.

Is ICP-Analysis.com out of business?

I use them monthly for water tests and no issues from my end. I think they are still in business. I have had great customer service in the past. I hope you get in contact with them soon. Here is the link I use:

8/11/23 for my 240 gallon and 8/12/23 for my 15 gallon nano. I can log in and see all my results right now without issue.

Phew... I got a half of dozen of their test from a LFS shutting down for a screaming deal, was hoping they werent going to be a total waste.
