So today I just saw a brown thing in the middle of my torch. I was wondering if it's a brown jelly disease.

Does it look like oozing brown jelly? Does it have a very foul smell? BJD will kill euphyllia very quickly. Corals also go number 2 which appears brown too.

Well, it does not smell at all to me. And I don't know what oozing Brown jelly looks like so I have no idea if it is or not

the tenticals and flesh would be dissolving to brown jelly. If you took it out it would smell extremely fowl
I just got this tank about 2 months ago and still learning. I never knew that corals could poop. But yea I think it's poop too because it came out of his mouth and not other places.

Yea no worries. Seems to look ok. My only experiences are the torch didn’t look good for a while and started to get brown jelly. The other time a new torch got stung by another torch pretty bad and it died of brown jelly.
