Is it a goner? Fragged toadstool 1 day in

I acquired this toadstool frag yesterday. It was on a heavy, dense rock that I didn’t want to put in my tank so I cut the bottoms with a fresh razor. My first time fragging a toadstool so pretty nervous it’s toast. All my parameters are stable (0 amm, 0 nit, 5 nitrate 1.025 salinity). Should I turn flow off?

Nope. I've had way, way worse toadstools make a complete 180 (including a small one that looks like a ghost that I'm still cheering on).
