Recently got a "Tyree’s Pinky The Bear" from Cultivated Reef and it looks very washed out and bleached, but at the same time, not. CR photos' look like HDR and not great to go by, but everything I've gotten from them has been in excellent health. This time seems to be the exception (maybe it's the weather). One acropora STN'ed the following day, but has since stabilized (cross fingers). One RTN'ed on the third with a sliver of life at the base. This guy's polyps are all extended but his lack of color, but otherwise healthy polyps, has me scratching my head.

Any advice or insights would be welcome.

Probably shipping stress, got too cold. Give it time and lowish light (100-200 PAR) for a couple of weeks and it should recover.
