Do you have any other photos? Hair algae from my experience doesn't look like wire. It's more fluffy.

Better quality, i'd say it's hair algae. Algae hermits will do an amazing job on that, but they'll need some shells because they grow quick. I had 6 babies maybe 1 cm in length, 2 of them are over an inch now
