Yes - that’s a Dermatobranchus sp. nudibranch. ID'ing them down to the species is a bit of tedious process for me (and sometimes I can't get a confirmed species), but they’re not reef safe:

Looks like a Dermatobranchus sp. nudibranch to me - possibly Dermatobranchus fortunatus, but I’m not sure.

The genus is known for eating octocorals (soft corals, gorgonians, etc.) and/including GSP, so that’s likely a remove nudibranch.

Yes and remove and discard. Most nudi's have their own characteristics and diets which often are not invited in a reef setup
