Hard to tell from the picture, but are those two antenna sticking out of the coral on the left side of your circle? If so, could be spionid worm. There are a number of posts about these on the site, I linked one of them below

While I haven’t seen these kill my SPS corals, they have stunted their development and growth pattern in the area of the coral they inhabit.

Little pest with antennas on montipora coral?

Dear friend, is this vermetid snail or some kind of pest on the montipora coral? Each one of them makes a hole and takes place one polyp. Each on of them has two antennas.
