Not good is there anything I can do to get rid of it
If there's one, there are probably more. Keep a close eye on how much you're feeding and ensure there's not much leftover for these guys. Manual removal and nutrient restrictions are really the only effective methods unfortunately!
 
Population will grow or dwindle depending on how much you feed. Like stated above: pliers or tweezers for manual removal. Super glue on the tube opening will trap the worm and kill it.
