Is there something strange in my mushroom.

Is it a worm? I need remove it of aquarium?

Bit of an unusual angle for the pic there (not a bad thing, just not an angle I'm used to viewing these things from), but I'm pretty sure that's a feather duster worm. If so, they're harmless filter feeders, so you wouldn't need to remove it.
