It was orange when I brought it home and it hasn't shown signs of feeding.

About a month. My other acan is happy

Forgot exact #s haven't checked in a few days but they were within normal range with high calcium.

Here's my other.

 
Acans will show signs of stress quickly when chemistry is out of whack or instability. It is alive though.

It's so odd that this one is doing that and the other is thriving.
 
You may want to dip it. This happened to a zoa of mine recently, I dipped it and brushed the neck out of it and within 2 days, it looked great.

It's weird I know, I've experienced it myself. If it doesn't recover in a day or two you can try an iodine dip. Also, it might not like the spot it's in, could be flow related. Most of the times it was chemistry.

I think it may be the spot/ flow. I'm going to move it. It did open up at lights out.
 
Try not moving it around a lot. The more it’s messed with the more unhappier it becames.
