I see a lot of views of people on having a fully stocked reef tank with fish and was wondering is it better for the corals to have the fish produce the waste and such? Or is it better to just have no fish?

I myself think it is better for corals to have a few fish. I normally just feed my fish and then occasionally feed big lps or anemones.

Depends on the type of corals. Some corals will do better in "dirty" water (( some softies come to mine )), whereas SPS are going to prefer much cleaner water.

I heard of some people just keeping maintenance type fish in their reef tanks to keep things clean and eat pest.
