I am setting up my saltwater mixing station but have limited room since it will be in the laundry room. I am looking to get a 170 gallon square tank DT with around a 40 gallon sump (around 210 gallons total).
Looking at storage containers, I can't fit 55 gallon drums in the laundry room but did find 25 gallon tall drums that would fit nicely. Is this too small of containers for my proposed system? I could go into the garage with larger tanks but it is not temperature controlled so there would be huge fluctuations in temp between the summer and winter.

What would be the minimum size I could get to support my system?

Thanks for the help.

Believe 25 gallons would be fine.
