Is it Blue Green Cyano?

Hi everyone, I have these in my rocks and it looks like Blue Green Cyano to me. I want to make sure before I dose Chemiclean. TIA.

Pics on white would help. Cyano doesn’t usually glow as far as I know.

Is it slimy/does it brush off easily? Cyano is usually not so green, could be coralline, especially since it’s fluorescent (which dying coralline does).

yes it brushes off easily but it comes back after a while on the glass and on the rock

Sounds like cyano then. Especially if it’s back fast.
Chemiclean has worked for me, as long as you remove as much of it as possible before dosing.
