Is it change water time

i guess I'm getting a little antsy but am I ready to move on and do a water change and add a fish or two( I always feel bad for a fish in a tank by itself)
My parameters using Red Sea Marine Care Test Kit
Ammonia: 0.02
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: 50

As long as you are seeing ammonia I would not do a water change yet, or put a fish in there. Once it is only nitrates...
